Piri Piri Spatchcock Chicken
- 1 Whole Chicken
- Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley or any herb you like
- 11/2 Tblsp Chillie powder or sweet paprika
- 1 TspPepper
- Olive oil
- 1 Tblsp Grlic minced
- 1 Tblsp Honey or sugar
- 2 Tblsp Red wine vinegar or any vinegar
- Take the back bone out from the chicken.
- Next Put that on a tray and press down.
- Mix all the ingredients except the herbs.
- Massage the chicken with the spices.
- Put the hrerbs under and under the skin too.
- Bake 180 about 40 min to 1 hour
