Sri Lankan Style Salted Fish (Jaadi)
- Spanish Mackeral
- Sea Salt
- Goraka (Garcinia cambodia)
- Sterelized Bottles
- Wash the fish with salted water.
- Add a layer of salt in to the bottom of the bottle following a layer of goraka.
- Next a layer of fish.
- Then a layer of Salt and goraka and repeat and fill the top with salt and goraka and close the lid tight and leave in a cool dark place about a 2 months.
