  1. how many degrees would that be in Fahrenheit?

  2. Does the butter has to be at room temperature?

  3. is it possible to put these terms in English--what does bench mean and can you put the ingredients in ounces and pounds, please?

  4. Thank you for sharing your recipes! This one is great as is, or, when shaped for round dinner rolls. Thanks again and keep up the great work. You are appreciated.

  5. Thank you so much for all your GREAT recipes and the time that you take to share them with the rest of us! You are such a blessing! Making these right now and can't wait to see how they turn out! Your Milk Bread recipe is WONDERFUL as well (my personal favorite!).

Just a note for those wanting US conversions (as the rest of the world uses metric and we are the ONLY ones that don't) your conversions! If someone is taking their time out of their busy schedules to share something with you, surely you can take some time to convert your own measurements if you do not use the same as the rest of the world does! That's what I do!

Very Very Very appreciative for all your wonderful recipes and hard work you put in to sharing your videos and blog!

  6. AMAZING!! I live in a dry climate so an extra 20 ml of water was perfect! Quit asking for conversions people you own a computer! Thank you so much for doing a video. Baking has kicked my butt lately but climate and tips change recipes so much. I'm finally getting it!

  7. Thank you and the results were absolutely perfect:-) :-)

  8. Quote "Leave in a greased bowl to prove" for how long pleases ?
