Kurakkan Pittu (Ragi, Finger Millet)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Finger Millet flour
- 11/2 Cups Rice Flour
- 400g Coconut
- Salt
- Enough water to mix
Method
- Mix flours. Add enough salt.
- Add water to make little grains out from this mix.
- Fill in to pittu mould and steam 5 min.
- When it s ready push from the end to get that out on to a plate.
- Serve with a curry.
