If you cant find evaporated milk boil 21/2 cups milk until it reduces to 1 cup.
Chocolate & Marshmallow Fudge
Ingredients
- 300g Brown Sugar
- 300g Milk Chocolate
- 75g dark chocolate
- 50-175 g Marshmallows
- 120ml Evaporated Milk
- 70gButter
Method
- Melt all the sugar butter and marshmallows in a pot. Next add chocolate. Melt. about 5 min.
- Pour that to a greased tray. Cool several hours.
- Cut them and store in air tight containers.
