Mushroom Curry (Sri Lankan Style)



Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

  • - Flat Mushrooms or any other 
  • - 1 Onion
  • - Garlic
  • - 1 Tomato
  • - 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • - Green Chillies
  • - Pundan Leave
  • - Cinnamon
  • - Fenugreek Seeds
  • - Pepper
  • - Tumeric Powder
  • - Roasted Chillie Powder
  • - Roasted Curry Powder
  • - 1 stock Cube
  • - 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk

  • Method
  1. Add butter in to pan & add cumin seeds and fry.
  2. Add garlic,onion,pandan leaves & fenureek seeds. Fry several minutes.
  3. Next add tomatoes and the spices, stock cube , salt with green chillies.
  4. Fry several minutes.
  5. Then add the mushrooms and cook until there is no gravy
  6. Then add thick coconut milk & cook 1 min.
