Cream of Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- -- 1 1/2 Litres of Water
- - 1 Cube of Stock
- - 750g of Chicken Thighs
- - 1/2 Cup of Cream
- - 1/2 Cup plain flour
- - 1 Onion
- - Garlic
- - Celery
- - 2 Carrots
- - Parsley
- - Leek
- - 40g of Butter
Method
- Add water,stock, and all the ingredients except flour ,cream and the butter.
- Bring to boil & simmer about 30-40 min.
- After take the chicken out & strain veggies and get the broth.
- Add but once melted add flour in to the pot. Cook with butter.
- Then add stock and cream.
- Shred the chicken.
- Mix well and bring to boil.
- When it starts thickening add the chicken.
- Cook one min.
- Add Parsley and serve hot.
