Dry Prawn Roast
Ingredients
For the marinate
- - 500g of Prawns
 - - 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
 - - Ginger
 - - Lemon
 - - 1 Tablespoon of Chillie Powder
 - - Tumric Powder
 - - Pepper
 - - Salt
 
For the pan roast
- - Ginger and Garlic
 - - 2 Large Onions
 - - Curry Leaves
 - - Chillies
 - - 1 Tablespoon of Coriander Powder
 - - Chillie Powder
 - - Tumeric Powder
 
Method
- Add marinate ingredients to the prawns and leave overnight or atleast 30 minutes.
 - Then add oil in to a pan add onion, and curry leaves and fry them.
 - Next add other ingredints & cook several minutes.
 - After add the prawns and cook 5-6 min, until there is no gravy.
