Home made Rocky Road
- - 250g of Marshmellows
- - 450g of White & Dark Chocolate / compound chocolate
- - 100g of Pistachio Nuts
- - 100g of Dried Cranberries
- - Shortbread Biscuits/ or any other biscuit as you wish
- Melt the chocolate on simmering water stirring it several times.
- Prepare a dish or a tray.
- Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add in to a prepared dish and press using a spatula.
- Put it in the fridge for several hours to set.
- Cut according to the size you wish.
