Pad Thai (Quick & Easy Meals)
Ingredients
1 packet flat rice noodles
Sliced onions
2 Cups bean sprouts
Pad thai Sauce
Eggs
Garlic chives
Tofu (Sliced)
Prawns
Dried shrimp (Optional)
Pickled Raddish
Pad Thai Sauce
1-or 1/2 of a lime juice
3 Tblsp light soy sauce
1 tblsp dark soy sauce
2 Tblsp fish sauce
1/4 cup tamarind pulp
Method
Mix all the ingredients for pad thai sauce and leave aside.
Next add oil in to a pan and add prawn and onion fry 1/2 a min.
After add tofu and two eggs.
Don't scramble the eggs. Just stir.
Add garlic chives bean sprouts and pad thai sauce.
