Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 of an onion
- 1 Carrot
- 2 cups leeks
- Garlic
- 1 stock cube
- 2 Eggs
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup mixed cheese
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Press the chicken to be flattened as shown in the video.
- After fill the chicken breast and put mayo and then bread crumbs on top and bake 180c about 20-30 min
