- 250g Dark or milk chocolate
- 180ml thickened cream (if you like the truffles to be harder add less cream)
- Sprinkles for decorating
- Boil the cream and then add the cream in to the chocolate and mix well.
- Next leave it in fridge several hours or over night.
- Take a spoon full of mix and roll to a ball and cover with sprinkles and put them in tiny patty pan cases. leave in fridge.
- Serve with a coffee.
