Chicken, Chickpea and Broccoli pilaf (quick & Easy Meals)
Chicken, Chickpea, & Broccoli Pilaf
Ingredients
300g chicken diced
1 onion diced
1 Tblsp Garlic
1 Cup chopped Coriander leaves
1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup cashew
1 cup Broccoli
1 tsp Chile powder (optional)
1 Tblsp Cumin and coriander pwder
3-4 cups cooked rice
Salt & pepper
Method
Add some oil in to a pan cook onion and garlic.
Next add chicken and green chillies and spices.Cook 20 min.
Next add chick pea, coriander, and cooked rice mix well.
