Chicken, Chickpea, & Broccoli Pilaf
- 300g chicken diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 Tblsp Garlic
- 1 Cup chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 tsp Chile powder (optional)
- 1 Tblsp Cumin and coriander pwder
- 3-4 cups cooked rice
- Salt & pepper
- Add some oil in to a pan cook onion and garlic.
- Next add chicken and green chillies and spices.Cook 20 min.
- Next add chick pea, coriander, and cooked rice mix well.
- Serve with a chutney.
