Chicken & Vegetable Parcels.
Ingredients
- - 250g of Chicken
- - 1 Large Onion
- - Green Chillies
- - Ginger
- - Garlic
- - Pepper
- - 1 Stock Cube
- - 1 Leek
- - 1 Egg
- - Puff Pastry
- - Salt
- - Carrot
Method
- Saute onion and galic and add chicken.
- Cook several minutes.
- Add vegetables and cook until no gravy.
- Make parcels. Cut the pastry in to 4 and put a spoon ful mix in the middle.
- Seal edges while bringing them to the middle.
- Brush with eggs
- Bake 180. About 30 min.
