Luffa curry (Watakolu/ Ridge Guord ) With eggs

Ingredients

  • Luffa
  • 3 Tablespoons of Coconut Milk
  • - 3 Eggs
  • - Curry Leaves
  • - Onion
  • - Salt 
  • - Green Chillies
  • - Pundan Leaves
  • - Cinnamon 
  • - Fenugreek Seeds
  • - Tumeric Powder
  • - Curry Powder

Method
  1. Add all the spices luffa and coconut milk in to a pot.
  2. Add Salt and leave aside 10 min.
  3. Cook Luffa. There will be enough water when you leave luffa adding salt.
  4. Dont over cook. Add eggs and cook until the eggs are hard,
  5. Serve hot.

Home made Milk Bread (Very Soft & Easy) Ingredients 610g Bread flour 120 g Sugar 20g Yeast 50 g Milk Powder 2 Eggs 1 cup of milk Salt 100g whipping cream 6g Salt For the roux 1 cup of water. 1/3 cup Bread Flour Method Make the roux. Add four to the water and cook several minutes until it becomes thick. Leave it to cool. Add all the ingredients in to the mixing bowl except milk. Add the prepared roux in to that. Start kneading adding milk little by little. Knead the dough for 15 minutes. After kneading cover it with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place to double in size. Punch down the dough and cut in to 6 equal size pieces. Then spread the dough take one corner to the other and overlap it. Reapeat the same process. Then roll it from one corner to the other. Then put them on a prepared loaf pan to prove till double in size. When it is double in size egg wash. Bake on 180 about 30 -40 min.

Home made soft French Bread Rolls Ingredients 750g Bread flour 150ml milk 180ml water 35g Sugar 6g Salt 10g yeast 2 Eggs 50g butter Method Add Bread flour, sugar, yeast,eggs,salt and mix one min. Next add milk and water little by little and mix another 8 min. Add butter and mix another 20 min. Leave in a greased bowl to prove. After add flour on to the bench and punch down. Next cut in to 12 equal size pieces. Make balls and leave on bench to prove 10 min. Roll each piece in to a rectangular or oval shape and roll from one end to the other. Leave to prove. When ready brush the tops with eggs and bake on 180c about 20-30 min or until golden brown.
