- 1 Egg

- Butterfly the chicken and cut in to two from the middle.
- Then Put one glad wrap on the chicken and tenderize the meat using a meat hammer.
- After place ham and cheese on top and roll from wider end to the smaller side
- Cover it with glad wrap and rool like a toffee .
- Egg wash and crumb the chicken .
- Pan fry first or spray the chicken and bake 180 about 20-30 minutes.
