Curry leaves Salad (Karapincha Sambal)

Curry Leaves Salad


  • 50g Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh coconut
  • Salt
  • Lime Juice
  • Green Chillies
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper.


  1. Take the leaves out from the curry leave sprigs.
  2. Add all the ingredients in to the food processor or in to a motor.
  3. Crush it or process it until becomes a smooth mix.
  4. Serve as a side for rice.
