Chocolate Sponge Cake
- - 3 Eggs
- - 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
- - 35g of Corn Flour
- - 35 g of plain Flour
- - 35g of Self Raising Flour
- - 115g Caster Sugar
- Preheat oven to 180.
- Spay or arrange paper on a 20 cm baking tray.
- Beat eggs until nice and creamy.
- Add sugar slowly while mixing.
- Fold the cocoa, and other flours slowly.
- Pour the mix in to the prepared tray.
- Bake 20-30 min, until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
