Honey Mustard, brown Sugar, Maple Syrup Glazed Leg Ham
- 1 Quality smoked leg ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tblsp honey
- 2-3 Tblsp Maple syrup
- 2 -3 Tblsp mustard
- Take the ham out from packaging and remove the outer skin as shown in the video.
- Next cut diamond shapes with out cutting deeper
- Stud cloves if you like.
- Next Bake 170 about 11/2 hours. Brush the ham every 10 min with the prepared glaze
- Serve hot or cold.
