Rolled Omelet with Vegetables
Rolled Omelette with Vegetables
Ingredients
8 Eggs
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Roasted capsicum finely diced.
Salt & pepper
1 Cup of cheese
1/4 cup plain flour
1 cup spinach
Method
Beat the eggs , milk & cream, salt & pepper and mix well.
Next add flour and mix well.
Spray a tray and pour the mix in to the dish.
Bake 5 min.
Then take out and sprinkle the vegetable.
Bake another 5 min and take out and sprinkle the cheese.
Bake another 2-3 min.
Roll the omelette and cut according to the size you wish.
