Apple & Rhubarb Nut Crumble
- 2 Granny Smith Apples cut in to chunks
- 1 Bunch Rhubarb
- 2 Cups Crushed Nuts (Pistachio, Almond, & Cashews)
- 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 Cup Self Raising or Plain Flour
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tblsp butter
- Mix dry ingredients with butter
- Arrange apples and rhubarb in a tray.
- Put the nut mix on top.
- Bake 180 about 30-40 min.
- Serve with custard, cream or ice cream.
