Winter Melon Curry Ashguord / Puhul)

Ingredients


  • 1Kg of Winter Melon
  • - Curry Leaves
  • - Pundan Leaves
  • - Salt
  • - 1/2 Tablespoon of Maldive Fish Falkes
  • - Fenugreek seeds
  • - Cinnamon
  • - Onion
  • - Garlic 
  • - Oil
  • - Green Chillies
  • - 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • - 1/2 Teaspoon of Chillie Powder
  • - Tumeric Powder
  • - Curry Powder

Method

  1. Cut winter melon in to large cubes.
  2. Add all the ingredients except coconut milk in to the pot.
  3. Cook for 10-15 min.
  4. Add coconut milk.
  5. Enjoy hot with rice.
