In a standard mixing bowl add the icing sugar (sifted), almond meal, make well in the middle then add the egg whites, some almond essence. Mix this on a slow speed. While mixing add the glycerin and mix this until it's fully combined. If it doesn't mix add another egg white and some lemon juice. Mix for about 5mins.
Flour the bench with icing sugar, place the dough onto the bench and kneed for about 3 minutes, until it's no longer sticky.
Then use it as you please, it can be kept in the fridge covered by cling film for about 7-10 day. It's best used within 3 days.
Into a bowl, add the chopped dates, prunes, cherries, nuts, mixed fruit, honey and the brandy. Make sure to mix it well and leave it overnight in a cool dark environment.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a standard mixing bowl add the butter, brown sugar, and mix this on a medium speed until it's creamy. While it's still mixing add the eggs 1 by 1 for about 2-3 minutes.
Then add the cocoa powder, and the flour, mix this with a wooden spoon by hand or e on the mixer with a paddle attachment. Mix this for about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the cake batter to the fruit mixture, then add the chocolate. Mix this until you get a smooth but chunky batter. Making sure that all the fruits are covered in the batter.
Using a 23inch cake pan, making it's well oiled and layered with baking paper. Transfer the cake mix into the pan and bake this for about 2 hours or 3 hours.
Before decorating, make sure cake is fully cooled or serve by itself. For the cake I'm using a marzipan top. If you want to know how to make it, please go to my channel.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Into a standard mixing bowl add the bread flour, cocoa powder, olive oil, yeast and salt. Mix this for about 2-3 minutes, slowly add the water to make a smooth dough. You can always add more water if needed.
Flour the bench and and kneed the dough until it's not sticky anymore, then roll the dough into the desired pizza base shape keep about 1-2cm thickness. Fork the base to release the pressure and air when cooking. Brush the top of the base with melted butter. Bake this in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Using the nutella as a sauce or paste spread it over the base whilst it's still hot, then add the desired toppings, such as the white chocolate chips and the dark chocolate chips. You could also you marshmallows. Place this in the oven for about five minutes until the chocolate chips are melted but still in shape.
Then let it cool down, best served with whipped cream.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. In a standard mixing bowl add the egg whites, half of the sugar, this is optional but you add some vinegar or cream of tartar to hold the shape of the egg mixture, beat this for 3mins until there's a soft peak, and it should hold when you lift it up.
Add the egg yolks into the mixing bowl, add the sugar, oil and mix for about 1min. Then add then flour, mix this on a medium speed while gradually adding the milk. The slowly fold the egg whites into the batter, DO NOT MIX. Then place half of the batter into a separate bowl, colour it with you choice of food colouring, and leave one bowl with the plain batter.
Grab a Cake tray, or marble cake pan, and place dollops of each batter in the pan in different order until the top, then with a spoon slowly mix the batter in the pan until you get a marble effect, don't over mix it, because you will just end up with one colour. Then bake this for 45mins.
To take the cake out, run a small knife along the edge of the tray, let the cake cool down in the pan, then you can take the cake out of the pan.
