Hummingbird Cake
Hummingbird Cake Ingredients - 2 Bananas - 440g of Pineapple - 2 Eggs - 175ml of Oil - 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon - 1/2 Cup of Self Raising Flour - 1 Cup of Plain Flour - 1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger - 1/2 Cup of Decicated Coconut - 1/2 Teaspoon of Bi-carb - 1 Cup of Brown Sugar Method. Preheat oven to180c. Prepare a 8x8 inch baking tray. Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour in to the baking dish and bake for about30-40 min.
