Leaf Bread Ingredients 400g bread flour 100g plain flour 20g suger 20g instant dry yeast 20g butter 5g salt 300ml water Method. 1- Into mixing ball, add both flours, and then , sugar, yeast and the butter and salt to a corner where there is no yeast and start mixing about 25 minutes and keep on needing until it becomes a smooth dough. 2- Then leave dough in a greased ball in a warm place until it becomes double in size.This door will be a bit rough dough. 3- Now spread some flour onto the bench and press the door to make it flat and cut it into four equal parts 4 Take it press it down with a roller into an oval shape and then leave it on a baking paper to prove for about 30 to 40 minutes, 5 Then cut a few lines smoothly onto top to make a leaf bread and brush tops with egg and then sprinkle the spices on top and bake them 180 for 5 minutes.
