Cheese Kottu (Stir Fried Vegetables with Roti)
Ingredients.
- Godamba Rotti
- - 2 Onions
- - Cabbage
- - Leeks
- - Ginger
- - Garlic
- - Curry Leaves
- - Chillies
- - Carrot
- - Capcicum
- - Cheese
- - Eggs
- - Tomatoes
Method
- Heat oil in a pan or a grill and add eggs.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Add other veggies and cheese. Mix on high heat,
- Add roti & mix .
- Serve hot.
