Tuna & Vegetables with Crusty Bread

Ingredients

  • Crusty Bread
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 3 tomato
  • 1 can of tuna or minced meat
  • Parsley
  • Onion
  • 1 Stock cube
  • Chillies (Optional)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cream
  • Oil

Method

  1. Apply garlic or butter and toast the bread in the oven.
  2. Add oil and sautee onion and other vegetables and then add cram and parsley.
  3. Take the bread out and serve the vegiies on top.
