Vegetable Pasties
Ingredients
- 3 Puff Pastry Sheets
- 1 Potato
- Onion
- Leeks
- Carrot
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Chillies
- 1 Stock Cube
- 1 Egg
Method
- Cook the vegetables in a little oil on low heat with out adding water.
- Cut pastry in to squares.
- Fill the mix and make pasties as instructed in the video.
- Bake 180 about 20-30 min until golden brown.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
