Spicy Tapioca (Cassava ,Manioc) with Cococnut.
Ingredients.
- 500g boiled tapioca
- 1 cup freshly grated coconut
- oil
- pandan Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Cinnamon
- 1 Tblsp Mustard seeds
- Red and Green chillies
- 1 Onion
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- Tumeric Powder
- Cummin Powder
- Tomatoes
- Salt
Method
- Boil Tapioca with tumeric or saffron adding salt to your taste.
- Fry the ingredients to get the aroma out.
- Add coconut and Tapioca.
- Mix well.
- Can serve as it is or with rice.
