Omlette Curry




Sri Lankan Omlette Curry

Ingredients

  • - 6 Large Eggs
  • - 1 Onion
  • - 2 Chillies 
  • - Pepper
  • - Salt
  • - Curry Leaves
  • - Pundan Leaves
  • - Garlic
  • - Maldive fish Flakes
  • - Green Chillies
  • - 1 Tomato
  • - Cinnamon
  • - Fenugreek Seeds
  • - 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • - Oil
  • - Chillie Powder
  • - 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
  • - Tumeric Powder

Method

  1. Break the eggs and add salt pepper, leeks, onion and chillie along with the green part of the leeks.
  2. Add a table spoon oil and put the egg mix in to the pan and make an omlette .
  3. Cut that in to squares.
  4. Add  oil in to another pan & fry onion garlic and all the other aromatic spices.
  5. Next add the remain and fry several min and add the coconut milk.
  6. Cook several min adding the eggs, Serve hot with rice or bread.
