Hokkien Noodles with Chicken & Vegetables
Ingredients
- - 450g of Hokkien Noodles
- - 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- - 1 Tablespoon of Rice Wine Vinegar
- - 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- - 1 Teaspoon of Fish Sauce
- - Oil
- - Mushrooms
- - 250g of Chicken
- - 1 Onion
- - 1 Capsicum
- - Carrots
- - Beans
- - 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
- - 1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger
- - Stock Cube
Method.
- Add oil & fry ginger garlic.
- Then add chicken , mushrooms and the sauces,
- Next add other vegetables except bok choy. Cook several min.
- Add bok choy and cook several seconds and add noodles and mix.
