Spicy Fish & Potato Jaffels

Ingredients

  1. Tuna & Mackeral or one of them
  2. 3 onions finely sliced
  3. Chillies
  4. Salt & Pepper
  5. Butter
  6. 3 Boiled potatoes
  7. Finely sliced curry leaves or any herb to your taste.
  8. 1 loaf of bread

Method

  1. Add oil in to a pan & fry curry leaves and onions.
  2. Next add chillies and spices.
  3. Then add the fish and cook several min.
  4. Add potatoes and lime juice and mix well.
  5. Butter bread,
  6. Add the mix and cover with another slice and cook in jaffel maker for 2 min.
  7. Cool on wire racks to avoid being soggy.
