Vegetable & Egg Fry

Ingredients


  • Diced Potatoes
  • Diced Zuchchini
  • 1 Cup Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • Chillies ( Optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Eggs
  • Garlic

Method

  1. Fry onion garlic and add vegetables. 
  2. Cook the veggies several minutes.
  3. Add salt & pepper.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Cover and cook several min.
  6. After leave to rest and cut in to slices.
