Chicken and Vegetable Risoni



Risoni With Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients


  • - Risoni
  • - Leek
  • - 1 Tomato
  • - 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
  • - Green Chillies
  • - Carrot
  • - 1 Onion
  • - 400g of Diced Chicken
  • - 1 1/2 cups of Stock Water
  • - Oil
  • - Salt
  • - Pepper

Method

  1. Boil Pasta.
  2. Add oil in to a pan and add onion & garlic & chillies. Cook several min.
  3. Add chicken, salt & pepper  and cook several min.
  4. Next add chicken stock, tomatoes and tomato paste.
  5. Add carrot and then add leeks.
  6. Next add pasta and and mix well
  7. Serve hot.
