Kale with Coconut
Ingredients- - 1 Bunch of Kale
- - Olive Oil
- - Salt
- - Pepper
- - Fresh Coconut
- - Chillies
- - 1 Onion
Method
- Clean and cut kale in to the desired size.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and chillies.
- Cook several minutes.
- Add the kale and stir adding coconut and mix well.
- Add lime or lemon juice.
- Serve hot with rice.
