Roasted Mung Beans Curry




Roasted Mung Beans  ( Badapu Mun ata) Curry

Ingredients

  • - 150g Mung Beans
  • - 1/2 Teaspoon of Chillie Powder
  • - 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
  • - Tumeric Powder
  • - Garlic
  • - Pundan Leaves
  • - Chillies
  • - Curry Leaves
  • - Cinnamon
  • - 1 Cup of Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Dry roast the mung beans.
  2. Soak over night or wash and add water to cook.
  3. Put it on the stove and boil it 5 min. Then add spices and cook until the beans are tender.
  4. Next add coconut milk and salt. cook several min or until it boils.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
