Roasted Mung Beans ( Badapu Mun ata) Curry
Ingredients
- - 150g Mung Beans
- - 1/2 Teaspoon of Chillie Powder
- - 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
- - Tumeric Powder
- - Garlic
- - Pundan Leaves
- - Chillies
- - Curry Leaves
- - Cinnamon
- - 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
Method
- Dry roast the mung beans.
- Soak over night or wash and add water to cook.
- Put it on the stove and boil it 5 min. Then add spices and cook until the beans are tender.
- Next add coconut milk and salt. cook several min or until it boils.
- Serve hot with rice.
