PanFried Chicken Liver



Pan Fried Chicken Liver

Ingrediens

  • - 500g of Chicken Liver
  • - 1 Onion
  • - 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • - Red Chillies
  • - Salt
  • - 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • - 1 Teaspoon of Chillie Powder
  • - Pundan Leaves
  • - Curry Leaves
  • - Stock Cube 
  • - 1 Tomato
  • - Oil
  • Pepper
  • Chillie powder

Method

  1. Add a tablespoon or two oil in to a pan.
  2. Add pandan leaves curry leaves and salt.
  3. Then add chicken live and cook several min.
  4. Next add all the other ingredients and cook until there is no gravy.
  5. Serve hot with rice or flat bread or any kind of a bread.
