Pita Breads with Cottage Cheese & Spinach
Ingredients
- - Pita Bread
- - 2 Onions
- - Spinach
- - 1 Cup of Bacon
- - 3 Eggs
- - Green Chillies
- - Pepper
- - Chillie Flakes
- - Salt
- - Cottage Cheese
Method
- Steam or blanch the spinach & and squeeze excess water or thaw and squeeze frozen spinach.
- Make an opening in each pita bread.
- Preheat oven or sandwich press.
- Mix all the ingredients & fill the pockets.
- Bake 10 min oven or 3 min in sandwich press.
- Enjoy hot.
