Simplest White Chocolate Mousse
- 2Eggs Separated
- 20g Softened Butter
- 115g White chocolate melts
- Candies to decorate
- Add chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in microwave.
- Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar or a drop of vinegar.
- Whisk egg yolks and melted chocolate together.
- Fold with egg whites and pour in to glasses.
- Chill for several hours.
- Serve with cream and ice cream.
