Curry Leaves Salad
Ingredients
- 50g Curry leaves
- 1/2 Cup Fresh coconut
- Salt
- Lime Juice
- Green Chillies
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Pepper.
Method
- Take the leaves out from the curry leave sprigs.
- Add all the ingredients in to the food processor or in to a motor.
- Crush it or process it until becomes a smooth mix.
- Serve as a side for rice.
