Vegetable & Barley Soup
Ingredients
- - 1/2 Cup of Barley
- - Leeks
- - Oil
- - 3 Stick of Celery
- - 1 Carrot
- - 2 Onions
- - 6 Cloves of Garlic
- - 1 Stock Cube
- - Potatoes
- - 1 Parsnip
Method
- Add oil in to a pan and cook onions and garlic.
- Add all the vegetables , Stock and cook for 1 hour.
- Serve hot.
