Corn Dogs
Ingredients
- Cocktail Frankfurts
- 1 Cup plain flour
- 1 Tblsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup milk
- Salt
- 4 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Cup Corn meal
- 1 Egg
Method
- Add all the ingredients together and make a nice smooth batter.
- Then insert skewers in to the frankfurts
- Dip in batter. Shake to remove excess batter.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
