The Best Chocolate Cup Cake with Cranberries
Ingredients
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 75g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 90g Self Raising flour
- 75 g Icing sugar
- 2 Tblsp cocoa
- 1/4 cup cranberries
Method
- Add chocolate in to butter and melt it. Leave to cool.
- Add flour ,icing sugar , eggs and cocoa and mix well.
- Add berries and mix well.
- Put the mix in.
- Bake on 180c about 15 -20 min. or when a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack.
