Simple and Easy Vanilla Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 110g Plain flour
- 1 Egg
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 75g butter
- 50g Sugar
Method
- Add butter, sugar and egg in to a mixing bowl.Mix well.
- While mixing add vanilla and salt and keep on mixing.
- Next add flour and mix one minute.
- Put the mix in to a piping bag with a large star nozzle or wilton 6B nozzle.
- Pipe circles.
- Bake on 180c about 10-20 min or until golden brown on top.
- Cool on a wire rack before storing in an air tight container.
