Lime Pound Cake Cookies
Ingredients
- 120g Sugar
- 1/2 of a lime
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 80g Butter
- 160g Self Raising flour
- Icing sugar to decorate
Method
- Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, Egg and mix one minute.
- Add flour and lime juice
- Mix well and put a spoon full of the mix on to a baking tray.
- Bake on 180C.
- Cool on a wire rack before storing.
