Flour and Eggless Oat Cookies
Ingredients
- 130g Rolled oats
- 60g brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts
- 5g Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Cranberries
- 50g Almond meal
- 100g White chocolate
- 1tsp Vanilla
- 30g Butter
- 60ml cream
Method
- Add all the ingredients in to a mixing bowl and mix well. If not wet enough add a bit more milk.
- Make cookies.
- Flatten them on a tray.
- Bake until golden brown on 180c.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Store in an air tight container.
