Milky Lattice Cookies

Milky Lattice Cookies (Simple Baking)

Ingredients

• 175g Plain flour
• 80g Icing sugar
• 55g Butter
• Drop of vanilla
• 40g Milk
• 1/4 tsp Bi carb
• 3 Tblsp Sugar

Method

1. Add All the ingredients in to a mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Next add flour and make a rectangle with a thickness to 1-2 cm.
3. Cut in to equal size squares.
4. Sprinkle sugar.
5. Bake 160c about 20-30 min or until golden brown.
6. Cool on wire racks.
