Pad Thai (Quick & Easy Meals)
Ingredients
- 1 packet flat rice noodles
- Sliced onions
- 2 Cups bean sprouts
- Pad thai Sauce
- Eggs
- Garlic chives
- Tofu (Sliced)
- Prawns
- Dried shrimp (Optional)
- Pickled Raddish
Pad Thai Sauce
- 1-or 1/2 of a lime juice
- 3 Tblsp light soy sauce
- 1 tblsp dark soy sauce
- 2 Tblsp fish sauce
- 1/4 cup tamarind pulp
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for pad thai sauce and leave aside.
- Next add oil in to a pan and add prawn and onion fry 1/2 a min.
- After add tofu and two eggs.
- Don't scramble the eggs. Just stir.
- Add garlic chives bean sprouts and pad thai sauce.
- Next add noodles and cook one minute.
- Serve with roasted peanuts and fried shallots.
