Baked whole Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Whole cauliflower
- Lime or lemon Juice
- Several cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh dill or any other herb
- 2 Tblsp greek style yoghurt/ curd
- 1 Tblsp Margarine or softened butter
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut and separate the cauliflower florets slightly.
- Next apply the mix on and in to the cauliflower.
- Add cheese on top if you like.
- Bake 180 about 40 min-1 hour,
