Sri Lankan Style Salted Fish (Jaadi)




Sri Lankan Style Salted Fish  (Jaadi)

Ingredients


  • Spanish Mackeral 
  • Sea Salt 
  • Goraka (Garcinia cambodia)
  • Sterelized Bottles

Method

  1. Wash the fish with salted water.
  2. Add a layer of salt in to the bottom of the bottle following a layer of goraka.
  3. Next a layer of fish.
  4. Then a layer of Salt and goraka and repeat and fill the top with salt and goraka and close the lid tight and leave in a cool dark place about a 2 months.
